וַיָּבֹ֨א יְהֹושֻׁ֜עַ בָּעֵ֣ת הַהִ֗יא וַיַּכְרֵ֤ת אֶת־הָֽעֲנָקִים֙ מִן־הָהָ֤ר מִן־חֶבְרֹון֙ מִן־דְּבִ֣ר מִן־עֲנָ֔ב וּמִכֹּל֙ הַ֣ר יְהוּדָ֔ה וּמִכֹּ֖ל הַ֣ר יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל עִם־עָרֵיהֶ֖ם הֶחֱרִימָ֥ם יְהֹושֻֽׁעַ׃
And Yehoshua came at that time and cut off the ʿAnaqim from the hill country, from Ḥevron, from Devir, from ʿAnav, and from all the hill country of Yehuda, and from all the hill country of Yisraʾel; with their cities Yehoshua devoted them to destruction.
