Leviticus 16:27

וְאֵת֩ פַּ֨ר הַֽחַטָּ֜את וְאֵ֣ת שְׂעִ֣יר הַֽחַטָּ֗את אֲשֶׁ֨ר הוּבָ֤א אֶת־דָּמָם֙ לְכַפֵּ֣ר בַּקֹּ֔דֶשׁ יֹוצִ֖יא אֶל־מִח֣וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה וְשָׂרְפ֣וּ בָאֵ֔שׁ אֶת־עֹרֹתָ֥ם וְאֶת־בְּשָׂרָ֖ם וְאֶת־פִּרְשָֽׁם׃

And the bull of the sin offering and the goat of the sin offering, whose blood was brought to make atonement in the holy place, he shall take outside the camp, and they shall burn their hides, their flesh, and their dung with fire.
