Leviticus 24:19

וְאִ֕ישׁ כִּֽי־יִתֵּ֥ן מ֖וּם בַּעֲמִיתֹ֑ו כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֔ה כֵּ֖ן יֵעָ֥שֶׂה לֹּֽו׃

And if a man inflicts a blemish on his neighbor, as he has done, so it shall be done to him.
