Leviticus 7:1

וְזֹ֥את תֹּורַ֖ת הָאָשָׁ֑ם קֹ֥דֶשׁ קָֽדָשִׁ֖ים הֽוּא׃

And this is the law of the guilt offering: it is most holy.
