Leviticus 8:19

וַיִּשְׁחָ֑ט וַיִּזְרֹ֨ק מֹשֶׁ֧ה אֶת־הַדָּ֛ם עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃

And he slaughtered it, and Moshe sprinkled the blood on the altar all around.
