Micah 7:3

עַל־הָרַ֤ע כַּפַּ֨יִם֙ לְהֵיטִ֔יב הַשַּׂ֣ר שֹׁאֵ֔ל וְהַשֹּׁפֵ֖ט בַּשִּׁלּ֑וּם וְהַגָּדֹ֗ול דֹּבֵ֨ר הַוַּ֥ת נַפְשֹׁ֛ו ה֖וּא וַֽיְעַבְּתֽוּהָ׃

On the evil their hands are to do good, the prince asks, and the judge for the payment, and the great one speaks the desire of his soul, and they twist it.
