Malachi 2:7

כִּֽי־שִׂפְתֵ֤י כֹהֵן֙ יִשְׁמְרוּ־דַ֔עַת וְתֹורָ֖ה יְבַקְשׁ֣וּ מִפִּ֑יהוּ כִּ֛י מַלְאַ֥ךְ יְהוָֽה־צְבָאֹ֖ות הֽוּא׃

For the lips of a priest guard knowledge, and instruction they seek from his mouth, for a messenger of YHWH of Hosts is he.
