Numbers 15:26

וְנִסְלַ֗ח לְכָל־עֲדַת֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְלַגֵּ֖ר הַגָּ֣ר בְּתֹוכָ֑ם כִּ֥י לְכָל־הָעָ֖ם בִּשְׁגָגָֽה׃ ס

And it shall be forgiven to the entire congregation of the children of Yisra’el and to the sojourner who sojourns among them, for the error was committed by all the people unintentionally.
