Numbers 35:26

וְאִם־יָצֹ֥א יֵצֵ֖א הָרֹצֵ֑חַ אֶת־גְּבוּל֙ עִ֣יר מִקְלָטֹ֔ו אֲשֶׁ֥ר יָנ֖וּס שָֽׁמָּה׃

But if the slayer goes outside the boundary of the city of refuge to which he has fled,
