Numbers 6:11

וְעָשָׂ֣ה הַכֹּהֵ֗ן אֶחָ֤ד לְחַטָּאת֙ וְאֶחָ֣ד לְעֹלָ֔ה וְכִפֶּ֣ר עָלָ֔יו מֵאֲשֶׁ֥ר חָטָ֖א עַל־הַנָּ֑פֶשׁ וְקִדַּ֥שׁ אֶת־רֹאשֹׁ֖ו בַּיֹּ֥ום הַהֽוּא׃

And the priest shall offer one for a sin offering and one for a burnt offering, and he shall make atonement for him for the sin he committed regarding the soul, and he shall consecrate his head on that day.
