1 Samuel 15:13

וַיָּבֹ֥א שְׁמוּאֵ֖ל אֶל־שָׁא֑וּל וַיֹּ֧אמֶר לֹ֣ו שָׁא֗וּל בָּר֤וּךְ אַתָּה֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה הֲקִימֹ֖תִי אֶת־דְּבַ֥ר יְהוָֽה׃

And Shemuʾel came to Shaʾul, and Shaʾul said to him, “Blessed are you to YHWH! I have fulfilled the word of YHWH.”
