2 Samuel 8:15

וַיִּמְלֹ֥ךְ דָּוִ֖ד עַל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וַיְהִ֣י דָוִ֗ד עֹשֶׂ֛ה מִשְׁפָּ֥ט וּצְדָקָ֖ה לְכָל־עַמֹּֽו׃

And Dawid reigned over all Yisraʾel, and Dawid was doing justice and righteousness for all his people.
