Leviticus 19:6

בְּיֹ֧ום זִבְחֲכֶ֛ם יֵאָכֵ֖ל וּמִֽמָּחֳרָ֑ת וְהַנֹּותָר֙ עַד־יֹ֣ום הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֔י בָּאֵ֖שׁ יִשָּׂרֵֽף׃

On the day of your sacrifice it shall be eaten, and on the next day; but what remains until the third day shall be burned with fire.
