Numbers 32:37

וּבְנֵ֤י רְאוּבֵן֙ בָּנ֔וּ אֶת־חֶשְׁבֹּ֖ון וְאֶת־אֶלְעָלֵ֑א וְאֵ֖ת קִרְיָתָֽיִם׃

And the sons of Reʾuven built Ḥeshbon, and Elʿaleh, and Qiryatayim.
