Deuteronomy 10:18

עֹשֶׂ֛ה מִשְׁפַּ֥ט יָתֹ֖ום וְאַלְמָנָ֑ה וְאֹהֵ֣ב גֵּ֔ר לָ֥תֶת לֹ֖ו לֶ֥חֶם וְשִׂמְלָֽה׃

He executes justice for the orphan and the widow and loves the stranger, giving him food and clothing.
