Deuteronomy 27:11

וַיְצַ֤ו מֹשֶׁה֙ אֶת־הָעָ֔ם בַּיֹּ֥ום הַה֖וּא לֵאמֹֽר׃

And Moshe commanded the people on that day, saying,
