Judges 8:16

וַיִּקַּח֙ אֶת־זִקְנֵ֣י הָעִ֔יר וְאֶת־קֹוצֵ֥י הַמִּדְבָּ֖ר וְאֶת־הַֽבַּרְקֳנִ֑ים וַיֹּ֣דַע בָּהֶ֔ם אֵ֖ת אַנְשֵׁ֥י סֻכֹּֽות׃

And he took the elders of the city, and the thorns of the wilderness, and the briers, and he disciplined the men of Sukkot with them.
