1 Kings 8:8

וַֽיַּאֲרִכוּ֮ הַבַּדִּים֒ וַיֵּרָאוּ֩ רָאשֵׁ֨י הַבַּדִּ֤ים מִן־הַקֹּ֨דֶשׁ֙ עַל־פְּנֵ֣י הַדְּבִ֔יר וְלֹ֥א יֵרָא֖וּ הַח֑וּצָה וַיִּ֣הְיוּ שָׁ֔ם עַ֖ד הַיֹּ֥ום הַזֶּֽה׃

And the poles were lengthened, and the heads of the poles were seen from the Holy Place before the inner sanctuary, but they were not seen outside; and they are there to this day.
