2 Kings 19:16

הַטֵּ֨ה יְהוָ֤ה אָזְנְךָ֙ וּֽשֲׁמָ֔ע פְּקַ֧ח יְהוָ֛ה עֵינֶ֖יךָ וּרְאֵ֑ה וּשְׁמַ֗ע אֵ֚ת דִּבְרֵ֣י סַנְחֵרִ֔יב אֲשֶׁ֣ר שְׁלָחֹ֔ו לְחָרֵ֖ף אֱלֹהִ֥ים חָֽי׃

Incline Your ear, O YHWH, and hear; open Your eyes, O YHWH, and see; and hear the words of Sanḥeriv, which he has sent to reproach the living God.
