2 Kings 23:33

וַיַּאַסְרֵהוּ֩ פַרְעֹ֨ה נְכֹ֤ה בְרִבְלָה֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ חֲמָ֔ת במלך בִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם וַיִּתֶּן־עֹ֨נֶשׁ֙ עַל־הָאָ֔רֶץ מֵאָ֥ה כִכַּר־כֶּ֖סֶף וְכִכַּ֥ר זָהָֽב׃

And Parʿo Neko bound him in Rivla in the land of Ḥamat while he reigned in Yerushalayim, and he imposed a penalty on the land—one hundred talents of silver and a talent of gold.
