Isaiah 14:2

וּלְקָח֣וּם עַמִּים֮ וֶהֱבִיא֣וּם אֶל־מְקֹומָם֒ וְהִֽתְנַחֲל֣וּם בֵּֽית־יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל עַ֚ל אַדְמַ֣ת יְהוָ֔ה לַעֲבָדִ֖ים וְלִשְׁפָחֹ֑ות וְהָיוּ֙ שֹׁבִ֣ים לְשֹֽׁבֵיהֶ֔ם וְרָד֖וּ בְּנֹגְשֵׂיהֶֽם׃ ס

And peoples shall take them and bring them to their place, and the house of Yisraʾel shall possess them on the land of YHWH as male and female servants; and they shall take captive those who took them captive, and they shall rule over their oppressors.
