Isaiah 14:23

וְשַׂמְתִּ֛יהָ לְמֹורַ֥שׁ קִפֹּ֖ד וְאַגְמֵי־מָ֑יִם וְטֵֽאטֵאתִ֨יהָ֙ בְּמַטְאֲטֵ֣א הַשְׁמֵ֔ד נְאֻ֖ם יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֹֽות׃ פ

“And I will make her a possession for the porcupine and pools of water, and I will sweep her with the broom of destruction,” declares YHWH of hosts.
