כִּ֧י עַל־אַפִּ֣י וְעַל־חֲמָתִ֗י הָ֤יְתָה לִּי֙ הָעִ֣יר הַזֹּ֔את לְמִן־הַיֹּום֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בָּנ֣וּ אֹותָ֔הּ וְעַ֖ד הַיֹּ֣ום הַזֶּ֑ה לַהֲסִירָ֖הּ מֵעַ֥ל פָּנָֽי׃
“For because of My anger and because of My wrath this city has been to Me from the day they built it and until this day, to remove it from before My face.
