Zechariah 1:17

עֹ֣וד קְרָ֣א לֵאמֹ֗ר כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָאֹ֔ות עֹ֛וד תְּפוּצֶ֥ינָה עָרַ֖י מִטֹּ֑וב וְנִחַ֨ם יְהוָ֥ה עֹוד֙ אֶת־צִיֹּ֔ון וּבָחַ֥ר עֹ֖וד בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ ס

“Again proclaim, saying, ‘Thus said YHWH of Hosts: “Again My cities shall overflow from goodness, and YHWH shall again comfort Tsiyyon, and shall again choose Yerushalayim.”’”
