Zechariah 12:3

וְהָיָ֣ה בַיֹּום־֠הַהוּא אָשִׂ֨ים אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלִַ֜ם אֶ֤בֶן מַֽעֲמָסָה֙ לְכָל־הָ֣עַמִּ֔ים כָּל־עֹמְסֶ֖יהָ שָׂרֹ֣וט יִשָּׂרֵ֑טוּ וְנֶאֶסְפ֣וּ עָלֶ֔יהָ כֹּ֖ל גֹּויֵ֥י הָאָֽרֶץ׃

“And it shall be on that day: I will set Yerushalayim as a stone of burden for all the peoples. All who load themselves with her shall surely be gashed, and all the nations of the earth shall be gathered against her.
