Zechariah 12:4

בַּיֹּ֨ום הַה֜וּא נְאֻם־יְהוָ֗ה אַכֶּ֤ה כָל־סוּס֙ בַּתִּמָּהֹ֔ון וְרֹכְבֹ֖ו בַּשִּׁגָּעֹ֑ון וְעַל־בֵּ֤ית יְהוּדָה֙ אֶפְקַ֣ח אֶת־עֵינַ֔י וְכֹל֙ ס֣וּס הָֽעַמִּ֔ים אַכֶּ֖ה בַּֽעִוָּרֹֽון׃

On that day,” declares YHWH, “I will strike every horse with bewilderment and its rider with madness, and upon the house of Yehuda I will open my eyes, but every horse of the peoples I will strike with blindness.
