Psalm 10:18

לִשְׁפֹּ֥ט יָתֹ֗ום וָ֫דָ֥ךְ בַּל־יֹוסִ֥יף עֹ֑וד לַעֲרֹ֥ץ אֱ֝נֹ֗ושׁ מִן־הָאָֽרֶץ׃

To judge the orphan and the oppressed so that man from the earth will not continue any longer to terrify.
