Psalm 10:17

תַּאֲוַ֬ת עֲנָוִ֣ים שָׁמַ֣עְתָּ יְהוָ֑ה תָּכִ֥ין לִ֝בָּ֗ם תַּקְשִׁ֥יב אָזְנֶֽךָ׃

The desire of the humble You have heard, O YHWH. You will establish their heart. Your ear will listen attentively.
