Psalm 7:8 (Psalm 7:7)

וַעֲדַ֣ת לְ֭אֻמִּים תְּסֹובְבֶ֑ךָּ וְ֝עָלֶ֗יהָ לַמָּרֹ֥ום שֽׁוּבָה׃

And the assembly of peoples surrounds you and above it return to the height.
