Deuteronomy 1:26

וְלֹ֥א אֲבִיתֶ֖ם לַעֲלֹ֑ת וַתַּמְר֕וּ אֶת־פִּ֥י יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃

But you were unwilling to go up, and you rebelled against the command of YHWH your God.
