Deuteronomy 16:10

וְעָשִׂ֜יתָ חַ֤ג שָׁבֻעֹות֙ לַיהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ מִסַּ֛ת נִדְבַ֥ת יָדְךָ֖ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תִּתֵּ֑ן כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר יְבָרֶכְךָ֖ יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃

And you shall observe the Festival of Weeks to YHWH your God with a freewill offering from your hand, which you shall give according to how YHWH your God blesses you.
