Deuteronomy 16:3

לֹא־תֹאכַ֤ל עָלָיו֙ חָמֵ֔ץ שִׁבְעַ֥ת יָמִ֛ים תֹּֽאכַל־עָלָ֥יו מַצֹּ֖ות לֶ֣חֶם עֹ֑נִי כִּ֣י בְחִפָּזֹ֗ון יָצָ֨אתָ֙ מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֔יִם לְמַ֣עַן תִּזְכֹּ֗ר אֶת־יֹ֤ום צֵֽאתְךָ֙ מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֔יִם כֹּ֖ל יְמֵ֥י חַיֶּֽיךָ׃

You shall not eat leaven with it. For seven days you shall eat unleavened bread with it, the bread of affliction, for in haste you came out of the land of Mitsrayim, so that you may remember the day of your departure from the land of Mitsrayim all the days of your life.
