Deuteronomy 2:26

וָאֶשְׁלַ֤ח מַלְאָכִים֙ מִמִּדְבַּ֣ר קְדֵמֹ֔ות אֶל־סִיחֹ֖ון מֶ֣לֶךְ חֶשְׁבֹּ֑ון דִּבְרֵ֥י שָׁלֹ֖ום לֵאמֹֽר׃

And I sent messengers from the wilderness of Qedemot to Siḥon, king of Ḥeshbon, with words of peace, saying,
