Deuteronomy 23:16 (Deuteronomy 23:15)

לֹא־תַסְגִּ֥יר עֶ֖בֶד אֶל־אֲדֹנָ֑יו אֲשֶׁר־יִנָּצֵ֥ל אֵלֶ֖יךָ מֵעִ֥ם אֲדֹנָֽיו׃

You shall not hand over a slave to his master who has escaped to you from his master.
