Deuteronomy 23:17 (Deuteronomy 23:16)

עִמְּךָ֞ יֵשֵׁ֣ב בְּקִרְבְּךָ֗ בַּמָּקֹ֧ום אֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַ֛ר בְּאַחַ֥ד שְׁעָרֶ֖יךָ בַּטֹּ֣וב לֹ֑ו לֹ֖א תֹּונֶֽנּוּ׃ ס

He shall dwell with you, in your midst, in the place that he chooses in one of your gates, where it is good for him; you shall not oppress him.
