Deuteronomy 24:6

לֹא־יַחֲבֹ֥ל רֵחַ֖יִם וָרָ֑כֶב כִּי־נֶ֖פֶשׁ ה֥וּא חֹבֵֽל׃ ס

One shall not take a millstone or an upper millstone as a pledge, for he is taking a life as a pledge.
