Deuteronomy 25:12

וְקַצֹּתָ֖ה אֶת־כַּפָּ֑הּ לֹ֥א תָחֹ֖וס עֵינֶֽךָ׃ ס

Then you shall cut off her hand; your eye shall not have pity.
