Exodus 16:2

וילינו כָּל־עֲדַ֧ת בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל עַל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה וְעַֽל־אַהֲרֹ֖ן בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃

כתיב וילינו

קרי וַיִּלּ֜וֹנוּ

The entire congregation of the children of Yisra’el grumbled against Moshe and against Aharon in the wilderness.
