Exodus 23:4

כִּ֣י תִפְגַּ֞ע שֹׁ֧ור אֹֽיִבְךָ֛ אֹ֥ו חֲמֹרֹ֖ו תֹּעֶ֑ה הָשֵׁ֥ב תְּשִׁיבֶ֖נּוּ לֹֽו׃

If you encounter your enemy’s ox or his donkey going astray, you must certainly return it to him.
