Exodus 36:11

וַיַּ֜עַשׂ לֻֽלְאֹ֣ת תְּכֵ֗לֶת עַ֣ל שְׂפַ֤ת הַיְרִיעָה֙ הָֽאֶחָ֔ת מִקָּצָ֖ה בַּמַּחְבָּ֑רֶת כֵּ֤ן עָשָׂה֙ בִּשְׂפַ֣ת הַיְרִיעָ֔ה הַקִּ֣יצֹונָ֔ה בַּמַּחְבֶּ֖רֶת הַשֵּׁנִֽית׃

And he made loops of blue on the edge of the outer curtain, on the edge of the curtain in the second set, in the same way he made on the edge of the outer curtain at the end of the second curtain set.
