Exodus 37:12

וַיַּ֨עַשׂ לֹ֥ו מִסְגֶּ֛רֶת טֹ֖פַח סָבִ֑יב וַיַּ֧עַשׂ זֵר־זָהָ֛ב לְמִסְגַּרְתֹּ֖ו סָבִֽיב.

And he made for it a crown of gold all around, and made a gold crown for its frame all around.
