Ezekiel 46:10

וְֽהַנָּשִׂ֑יא בְּתֹוכָ֤ם בְּבֹואָם֙ יָבֹ֔וא וּבְצֵאתָ֖ם יֵצֵֽאוּ׃

And the prince shall be among them; when they come in, he shall come in, and when they go out, he shall go out.
