Hosea 7:15

וַאֲנִ֣י יִסַּ֔רְתִּי חִזַּ֖קְתִּי זְרֹֽועֹתָ֑ם וְאֵלַ֖י יְחַשְּׁבוּ־רָֽע׃

And I have disciplined and strengthened their arms, yet they devise evil against Me.
