Hosea 7:3

בְּרָעָתָ֖ם יְשַׂמְּחוּ־מֶ֑לֶךְ וּבְכַחֲשֵׁיהֶ֖ם שָׂרִֽים׃

In their evil they make the king glad, and in their lies the princes.
