Hosea 7:9

אָכְל֤וּ זָרִים֙ כֹּחֹ֔ו וְה֖וּא לֹ֣א יָדָ֑ע גַּם־שֵׂיבָה֙ זָ֣רְקָה בֹּ֔ו וְה֖וּא לֹ֥א יָדָֽע׃

Strangers have devoured his strength, yet he does not know; also gray hairs are sprinkled upon him, yet he does not know.
