Isaiah 10:9

הֲלֹ֥א כְּכַרְכְּמִ֖ישׁ כַּלְנֹ֑ו אִם־לֹ֤א כְאַרְפַּד֙ חֲמָ֔ת אִם־לֹ֥א כְדַמֶּ֖שֶׂק שֹׁמְרֹֽון׃

Is not Kalno like Karkemish? If not Ḥamat like Arpad? If not Dammeseq like Shomeron?
