Jeremiah 40:3

וַיָּבֵ֥א וַיַּ֛עַשׂ יְהוָ֖ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר דִּבֵּ֑ר כִּֽי־חֲטָאתֶ֤ם לַֽיהוָה֙ וְלֹֽא־שְׁמַעְתֶּ֣ם בְּקֹולֹ֔ו וְהָיָ֥ה לָכֶ֖ם דָּבָר הַזֶּֽה׃

And YHWH brought and did just as He had spoken, because you sinned against YHWH and did not listen to His voice, and this thing happened to you.
