Jeremiah 5:2

וְאִ֥ם חַי־יְהֹוָ֖ה יֹאמֵ֑רוּ לָכֵ֥ן לַשֶּׁ֖קֶר יִשָּׁבֵֽעוּ׃

And if they say, ‘As YHWH lives,’ surely falsely they swear.
