Jeremiah 52:9

וַֽיִּתְפְּשׂוּ֙ אֶת־הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ וַיַּעֲל֨וּ אֹתֹ֜ו אֶל־מֶ֧לֶךְ בָּבֶ֛ל רִבְלָ֖תָה בְּאֶ֣רֶץ חֲמָ֑ת וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר אִתֹּ֖ו מִשְׁפָּטִֽים׃

And they seized the king and brought him up to the king of Bavel, to Rivla in the land of Ḥamat, and he spoke judgments with him.
