Leviticus 13:38

וְאִישׁ֙ אֹֽו־אִשָּׁ֔ה כִּֽי־יִהְיֶ֥ה בְעֹור־בְּשָׂרָ֖ם בֶּהָרֹ֑ת בֶּהָרֹ֖ת לְבָנֹֽת׃

And a man or a woman, when there are bright spots, bright white spots on the skin of their flesh.
